How to cancel, when you can get your money back, and how to ask for a refund.

In short: to ask for a refund, email hello@six18labs.com or send us a direct message on Discord. To cancel monthly mentoring, email us; it ends at the end of your current billing period. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, with the exceptions explained below.

How to ask for a refund or withdraw

Email hello@six18labs.com or send us a direct message on Discord. Tell us what you bought and when, and that you want to withdraw or get a refund. You don't need to fill in a form.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you're a consumer in the EU, you can normally withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. To withdraw, contact us as described above within 14 days of your payment. How this works depends on what you bought.

Mentoring Programme

The Mentoring Programme gives you immediate access to digital programme material, and the live teaching in your first month starts straight away. Before we send you a payment link, we ask you to confirm in writing that you want it to start immediately and that you understand you lose your right of withdrawal once it does. If you'd rather keep your right of withdrawal, tell us and we'll start your access after the 14 days have passed.

The first month of mentoring is part of the Mentoring Programme and isn't refunded separately. After access has started, or after the 14 days, the Mentoring Programme isn't refundable, except where the law requires it, such as when it isn't as described.

Ongoing mentoring

When you sign up for ongoing mentoring on your personal link, you tick a box confirming that mentoring starts immediately and that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once it does. We store that confirmation with the date and the exact wording, and we only show you the payment options afterwards. For the Mentoring Programme we ask you to confirm the same thing by email before we send the link.

If you withdraw within 14 days of paying for ongoing mentoring after your included first month (monthly, 6 months or 12 months), we'll refund what you paid, minus a proportionate amount for the mentoring you received before you told us.

Monthly: cancel anytime by emailing hello@six18labs.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep access until then and won't be charged again. Apart from the 14-day right above, we don't refund part-used months.
6 or 12 months: these are paid upfront and don't renew, so there's nothing to cancel. Apart from the 14-day right above, we don't refund unused months.

If something goes wrong

If what you received isn't as described, or we fail to deliver something you paid for, contact us. We'll fix it, or refund you where the law requires it.

How refunds are paid

We refund to the payment method you used, within 14 days of agreeing to the refund. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
