Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy or use the Six18 Labs education programme, including the Mentoring Programme, ongoing mentoring and the online community. By buying or joining, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

The programme is provided by Six18 Labs Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus under number HE 496501 ("Six18 Labs", "we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@six18labs.com.

2. What we provide

We provide educational content, live classes, feedback on your trade journal and access to a private community, delivered online and mainly through a Discord server. The curriculum, schedule and people teaching may change over time as we improve the programme. We won't materially reduce what you've paid for during a period you've already paid for.

3. Education, not investment advice

The programme is educational. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or the management of client funds, and we are not a regulated investment firm. Nothing we share, including trades demonstrated in live sessions or posted in journals, is a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

Trading carries a high risk of loss, particularly with leveraged products. We don't promise or guarantee any result, income or level of performance. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and for any money you choose to risk.

4. Your access

• You must be at least 18 years old to buy or join.
• You'll need a Discord account to take part. Discord's own terms apply to your use of Discord.
• Your access is personal. Don't share your login or give others access to paid areas.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT. There are two ways to buy, and both end in a payment link handled by our payment provider. We don't receive or store your full card details.

• Ongoing mentoring: we send you a personal link, tied to your Discord account. On that page you accept these terms and confirm that mentoring starts immediately; we store that confirmation and then show you the payment options.
• The Mentoring Programme: you email us, we ask you to confirm the same two points in writing, and then we send you a personal payment link.

Use the same email address at the payment page as the one you gave us, so we can match your payment. If they differ, tell us and we'll link them.

6. The Mentoring Programme

The Mentoring Programme is a one-time payment. It includes:

• Level 0, taught live during your first month and ending with a quantified exam.
• Levels 1 and 2, which unlock as you pass each exam (Level 1 needs 75% or higher on the Level 0 exam). There's no deadline and nothing extra to pay.
• Your first month of ongoing mentoring (see section 7).
• The programme material for Levels 0 to 2 (the existing course material, which we may update over time), the live sessions that form part of the programme and their recordings, and continued access to the programme channel for as long as we run the programme.

Everything you've unlocked stays accessible whether or not you continue with ongoing mentoring. If we ever close the programme, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice.

7. Ongoing mentoring

• Ongoing mentoring is optional after the first month included with the Mentoring Programme, and only available to programme members. Ask us and we'll send you a personal link where you can sign up and pay.
• We check each sign-up against our records. If you subscribe without having bought the Mentoring Programme, we'll cancel the subscription and refund you.
• It covers daily reviews of your trade journal, live sessions and Q&As as they run, order flow and sequencing deep dives and one 1-on-1 session a month on request. When it ends, these stop and you can no longer join live classes; programme material, passed levels and the recordings of past classes stay accessible.
• Monthly: billed monthly in advance and renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• 6 or 12 months: paid once, upfront, for the whole period. Bundles don't renew automatically at the end. If you want to continue when it ends, ask us for a new payment link.
• To cancel monthly mentoring, email hello@six18labs.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep access until then and won't be charged again.
• If we change our prices, your existing monthly subscription keeps the price you signed up at. New prices apply only to new subscriptions and plans.
• If a monthly payment fails, we'll email you.

8. Withdrawal and refunds

Your right to withdraw and our refund rules are set out in our refunds & cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Community conduct

We want the community to be a useful, respectful place to learn. You agree not to:

• Record, copy, redistribute or resell programme material or live sessions.
• Share paid content outside the community or give others access.
• Harass other members, or promote other products, services or signal groups.

If you seriously or repeatedly break these rules, we may suspend or remove your access. Where we do, we won't refund the current period, except where the law requires us to.

10. Our material

The programme material, recordings, indicators and other content belong to us or our licensors. Buying gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning while you have access.

11. Liability

We're not responsible for trading losses or for decisions you make based on anything in the programme. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or takes away your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we'll tell you by email or in the community before it takes effect. For monthly mentoring, changes apply from your next billing period; for 6- and 12-month plans, from your next plan.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and can bring a claim there.
